2. Our service
Zukis provides software tools that help healthcare teams capture clinical conversations, draft documentation, identify potential medical codes, and prepare information for electronic health record workflows.
Important: Zukis is an assistive documentation and workflow tool. It does not provide medical advice, make clinical decisions, or replace the professional judgment of a qualified clinician.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to use Zukis only for lawful, authorized healthcare and business purposes.
- Do not use Zukis to provide emergency care or for time-critical decisions.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service.
- Only submit information you have the right and authorization to process.
- Review and approve generated notes, codes, and orders before they become part of a patient record.
4. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zukis disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms. Zukis is not liable for decisions made solely from an unreviewed output or for interruptions outside its reasonable control.
